Robert J. Wheelock - Admitted to practice in Florida and Connecticut

Founding Member of The Wheelock Law Firm, LLC, Mr. Wheelock received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his Juris Doctor from Western New England College in 1981.

Mr. Wheelock was admitted to The Connecticut Bar in 1981 and subsequently to The Florida Bar in 1983.

In private practice since 1986, Mr. Wheelock provides services in numerous areas of law including Wills, Child Custody and Child Support, Divorce and Premarital Agreements, Spousal Support and Visitation Rights.

With his military background, Mr. Wheelock represents service personnel around the globe in military law, divorces with military issues and in military justice matters.
 




Eric Lee Bensen - Admitted to practice in Florida

A native of Ohio, Mr. Bensen received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida and graduated from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1986. 

Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986; and to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, in 1989. Mr. Benson served the State of Florida as Assistant State Attorney in Martin County from 1986 through 1989 and was engaged in his own private practice before joining The Wheelock Law Firm.

Mr. Bensen is a member of the Florida Bar Trial Lawyer Section, Criminal Law Section; The American Bar Association; and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Mr. Bensen is the Firm’s primary litigator who will present all aspects of your family and criminal cases to the Court and at Mediation.


Michael B. Jones - Admitted to practice in Florida

Born in Massachusetts, Mr. Jones received his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago and continued his studies at the University of Florida where he was awarded his Juris Doctor in Law in 1981. Mr. Jones was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1981.

Mr. Jones practices in all aspects of Family Law for the Firm. Mr. Jones works primarily in the office, preparing the pleadings, Orders and Agreements necessary for completing your case.
