Do I have rights in a Courts Martial?

Military Law

Yes, you have the rights to be represented by counsel, to cross-examine witnesses, the right to remain silent, and other rights – the same as in a civilian court. The charges must be proved against you. You have the right to present a full defense, present evidence and have people testify in your defense.
