How do I enforce the property settlement?

If the other party owes you property, has not paid a debt, or has not do other matters regarding the property involved in the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage, or Marital Settlement Agreement, the Court may enforce the Agreement. The Court may order the other party to perform the act that the party has refused to do. The Court may also award you a judgment for damages; and order the other party to reimburse you for your attorney’s fees and costs.
