How do I obtain a driver's license?

If your license is suspended for the first time for not taking the breath test, you must wait 90 days to request a business purposes license. If you are convicted of DUI for the first time, you may request a business purposes license. You will be required to complete the DUI driving school before you may obtain a business purposes license. If you have had previous convictions of DUI or multiple refusals to take the breath test, you may only be eligible for a hardship license. After multiple convictions, your license may be revoked and cancelled permanently. In that circumstance, you will not be able to obtain a driver’s license.
