How do I request permission to relocate with my children?

If the other parent will agree to the relocation, you may sign a Relocation Agreement. If the other parent will not agree to the relocation, you must file a Petition to Relocate the minor children. The Petition must include the reasons for the move and what contact the other parent will have with the children after the relocation.
