How do I set up a Trust?

After ascertaining your needs and goals, we prepare a comprehensive Trust document that sets forth the establishment of the Trust, the persons to benefit from the Trust, and the expenses and other matters that may be paid from the Trust. You will sign the Trust document, officially creating your Trust. There is no need to file the Trust with the Court or register the Trust with the State. Under some circumstances, the Trust may be required to file tax returns. You should review any Trust documents or plans with your tax adviser to determine any tax requirements.
