May I move with my children?

Once there is a case for dissolution of marriage or paternity, Florida Law prohibits the parent having the children from moving more than 50 miles in most cases. To relocate the residence of the children more than 50 miles, you must have the written agreement of the other parent, or an Order from the Court.
