What are the parenting and supporting rights in paternity?

The parenting rights and support rights are same as in a dissolution of marriage. The parties or the Court will establish a Parenting Plan for the child. The Parenting Plan will establish the rights and responsibilities of parenting. The Parenting Plan will also include the timesharing arrangements for the child with each parent. Child Support will be paid and calculated in the same way as in a dissolution of marriage case.
