What is a Testamentary Trust (Will Trust)?

This is a Trust established by a Will. Nothing will be put in the Trust until after you pass away. If you are leaving assets to a younger child or grandchild, may want to leave your assets to young children or grandchildren in a Will Trust (Testamentary Trust), so that child’s or grandchild’s assets will be managed until the child is old enough to receive the child’s inheritance. You may specify any age for the child or grandchild to receive the inheritance. You may also provide for the payment of educational or other expenses for your child or grandchild in your Trust.
