What is included in my Trust?

You may place all or only some of your property in your Trust. You may designate any beneficiaries you wish to benefit from the Trust. You will also appoint the Trustee for the Trust, the person responsible for preserving and investing the assets, and for paying expenses and making disbursement as stated in the Trust.
