What should be included in my Will?

Your Will should include all of the gifts that you wish to make. The Will should also provide for provisions for your family. You will name a Personal Representative who will be responsible for administering your assets and making sure that your wishes are carried out. Many people chose a spouse, child or other trusted family member to handle these important responsibilities. If your children are young, you may designate someone to care for the children if both parents are deceased. You may also want to leave your assets to young children in a Will Trust (Testamentary Trust), so that child’s assets will be managed until the child is old enough to receive the child’s inheritance.
