Will child support be deducted from the parent by the employer?

Child support is usually paid through the State of Florida Disbursement Unit. A special Order, called an Income Deduction Order, shall be entered on request. An Income Deduction Order will require the paying parent’s employer to withhold the child support amount, and send the payment for child support directly to the State of Florida Disbursement Unit.
