Cynthia M. Winter

Ms. Winter graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Florida in 2006. Ms. Winter earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2009, and completed a certificate in family law.

While in law school, Ms. Winter was the President of the Family Law Society, working actively with several organizations to promote knowledge of family law issues in the community such as domestic violence and child abuse. Ms. Winter worked as a Certified Legal Intern at the University of Florida's family law full representation clinic providing pro bono legal services to clients with financial need. Ms. Winter also interned for a family law judge at the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court in Gainesville, Florida.

Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Winter joined the Wheelock Law Firm as an associate attorney. Ms. Winter handles family law, bankruptcy, probate and all litigation matters. Ms. Winter is licensed to practice law in Florida and in federal matters in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Ms. Winter is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
