A native of Ohio, Mr. Bensen received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida and graduated from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
Admitted to the Florida Bar, U.S. District Court, and Southern District of Florida. Mr. Benson served the State of Florida as Assistant State Attorney in Martin County and was engaged in his own private practice before joining The Wheelock Law Firm.
Mr. Bensen is a member of the Florida Bar Trial Lawyer Section, Criminal Law Section; The American Bar Association; and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Mr. Bensen is the Firm’s primary litigator who will present all aspects of your family and criminal cases to the Court and at Mediation.
