Domestic Violence Injunction

When relationships turn violent, the Court can enter an injunction against the person committing the violence. Violence may include actual hitting, and also include stalking and threats. The Court will grant the Injunction immediately, without a hearing. The Court will then set a date and time for both parties to come to Court so the Judge can decide if there needs to be a permanent Injunction. Please contact us for more information.
